Adonai Química S.A., having its image and the Society in which it operates as its “Greater Good”, prepared this Code of Ethical Conduct that consolidates the company’s values.

All Adonai’s employees and service providers must read, understand, respect, and commit to following the premises of this Code, anywhere, inside and outside the company’s environment. In this way, we maintain high ethics and transparency in the conduct of our business, respect as a practice in our relationships, and responsibility in preserving our image.

Adonai works hard to form and maintain its reputation with the market, employees, and third parties. We know that this reputation can be lost in a short time in any activity that violates this Code. For this very reason, the protection of our brand and our name is a priority.

We would like to reinforce that Adonai’s Executive Board is fully engaged in supporting activities related to Ethics and Compliance, in the dissemination of these concepts within our company and committed to maintaining greater transparency in internal and external relations.
